How long does it take to receive direct deposits from my employer or benefits provider? 

When you set up direct deposit from your employer or benefits provider to your CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card, funds are available as soon as we receive and process the payment file from your employer or benefits provider—often up to two days before your scheduled payday. 

It may take your employer or benefits provider 1–2 pay cycles to setup your direct deposit. Once it’s active, we'll send you a push notification as soon as your funds arrive. 

Timing can vary based on when the payment is sent. Direct deposits are processed on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.
