How do I set up direct deposit?
You can set up direct deposit to your CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card so funds are automatically added to your account when you get paid. There is no fee to add funds through direct deposit, and you can get paid early – up to two days before your scheduled payday.
There are two ways to set up direct deposit.
Set up with your routing information:
- Sign into the CINQ by Coinstar™ app and go to “Settings”
- Scroll to the “Card” section and click on “Routing Information”
- Access the Account and Routing numbers and share them with your employer or benefits provider
Or use the pre-filled form:
- Sign into the app and go to "Settings"
- Scroll to the "Card" section and click on "Direct Deposit Form"
- Choose how much to deposit each pay cycle
- Generate your form and send it to your employer or benefits provider
Note: Confirm the set-up process and timing details with your employer.
You may be able to choose to transfer only a portion of your paycheck to your CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card, subject to employer payroll policies. Availability of split deposits can vary by employer.
