Is there a fee for ATM withdrawals? 

There may be a fee when withdrawing cash from an ATM with your CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card.  

Fee-free ATM withdrawals are available at thousands of ATMs in the Allpoint Network in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Or you can withdraw funds at any ATM that displays the Mastercard^® logo but note that there is a $1.50 fee for out-of-network ATMs, and you may be charged an additional fee by the ATM owner.
