How do I set up direct deposit? 

You can set up direct deposit to your CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card so funds are automatically added to your account when you get paid. There is no fee to add funds through direct deposit, and you can get paid early – up to two days before your scheduled payday. 

Follow these steps to set up direct deposit: 

1. Sign into the CINQ by Coinstar™ app and go to “Settings”
2. Scroll to the “Card” section and click on “Routing Information”
3. Access the Account and Routing numbers and add them to your employer’s payroll form 

Note: It can take 1-2 pay cycles for your employer or benefits provider to set up the direct deposit. Be sure to confirm the set-up process and timing details with your employer.   

You may be able to choose to transfer only a portion of your paycheck to your CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card, subject to employer payroll policies. Availability of split deposits can vary by employer.
