OFFICIAL RULES
Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the âSweepstakesâ).By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont) who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Coinstar, LLC (âSponsorâ), MOMARES, LLC (dba Sweeppea, the âSweepstakes Administratorâ) and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, web masters, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and âstepâ child, wherever they may live) of each cannot enter the Sweepstakes and are not eligible to win any prize. IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated below.
- Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00am Eastern Time (âETâ) on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on June 29, 2025 (the âSweepstakes Periodâ). The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) types of entry pools as described below.
a) Daily Entry Pools: The Sweepstakes includes forty-two (42) distinct daily entry periods held each Day throughout the course of the Sweepstakes Period (each a distinct âDaily Sweepstakesâ). During the Sweepstakes Period, Daily Entry Periods each start each Day of the Sweepstakes Period at 12:00:00am ET and end at 11:59:59pm ET (each a distinct âDaily Entry Periodâ).
b) Weekly Entry Pools: The Sweepstakes includes six (6) distinct weekly entry periods held each week throughout the course of the Sweepstakes Period (each a distinct âWeekly Sweepstakesâ). During the Sweepstakes Period, Weekly Entry Periods each start at 12:00:00am ET on Mondays and end at 11:59:59pm ET the following Sunday (each a distinct âWeekly Entry Periodâ). (See specification of Weekly Entry Periods in âWeekly Bonus Chartâ below).
c) Grand Prize Entry Pool: The Sweepstakes includes one (1) grand prize sweepstakes drawing (includes Grand Prize, 1st Runner Up, and 2nd Runner Up) conducted at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period (the âGrand Prize Sweepstakesâ). The Grand Prize Entry Period starts at 12:00:00am ET on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on June 29, 2025 (the âGrand Prize Entry Periodâ).
For purposes of these Official Rules, a "Day" means any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00:00 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET.
Sponsorâs or its designeeâs computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the applicable Daily Entry Period, Weekly Entry Period, or Grand Prize Entry Period and meet other requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
- How to Enter: Participants can earn entries into each Daily Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes as well as the Grand Prize Sweepstakes via purchases, or free alternative methods of entry (each an âAMOEâ) as described below.
Certain methods of entry require the participant to have an active and verified Zero Hash Account (a âZero Hash Accountâ) with CINQ by Coinstar, which also grants access to a profile account that you must have or create with CINQ by Coinstar as defined and described in the CINQ by Coinstar Mobile Application Terms of Service (a âCINQ by Coinstar Accountâ) through the CINQ by Coinstar App (the âCINQ by Coinstar Appâ).
Participants may initiate the Zero Hash Account (Zero Hash is the cryptocurrency service provider for CINQ by Coinstar) creation process in one of two ways:
(1) Kiosk Path: A participant may begin by purchasing cryptocurrency at a participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk and selecting CINQ by Coinstar as the provider. During this transaction, a Zero Hash Account is automatically created using the mobile number and date of birth provided and verified via a one-time passcode (OTP). After the transaction is complete, the participant must download the CINQ by Coinstar App and log in using the same mobile number used at the CoinstarÂŽ kiosk. The CINQ by Coinstar Account is then automatically created and linked, without further action required by the participant. Note, not all CoinstarÂŽ kiosks are enabled for cryptocurrency or CINQ by Coinstar Account creation/use. If you do not have a participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk in your area, use the App Path or an AMOE method to participate in this Sweepstakes.
(2) App Path: A participant may alternatively begin by downloading the CINQ by Coinstar App and completing the in-app onboarding process. In this case, both a Zero Hash account and a CINQ by Coinstar Account are created simultaneously.
To obtain a Zero Hash account, you must read, understand, and agree to the: (1) Zero Hash and Zero Hash Liquidity Services User Agreement ; (2) Zero Hash Regulatory Disclosures ; and (3) Zero Hash Privacy Notice .
To create a CINQ by Coinstar Account, participants must download the CINQ by Coinstar App and follow the in-app onboarding instructions. This process includes creating an account profile, providing all required personal information, and completing identity verification, which is conducted by CINQ by Coinstarâs cryptocurrency services provider, Zero Hash. To obtain a Zero Hash account, you must read, understand, and agree to the: (1) Zero Hash and Zero Hash Liquidity Services User Agreement ; (2) Zero Hash Regulatory Disclosures ; and (3) Zero Hash Privacy Notice . Verification requires submission of a valid, current government-issued ID (such as a driverâs license or state ID), a Social Security number, and any other information required for identity verification purposes. The CINQ by Coinstar App is available for free on Google Play and the Apple App Store and may be downloaded to any compatible iOS or Android web-enabled mobile device. Data rates may apply. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to create a CINQ by Coinstar Account. Use of your CINQ by Coinstar Account is subject to the CINQ by Coinstar Mobile Application Terms of Service, available at cinq.trusthub.com/terms-of-service, the U.S. Customer Privacy Notice available at cinq.trusthub.com/GLBA, Sponsorâs Privacy Policy linked in Section 10 below, and any other terms, conditions, or policies specified at the time of account creation. Use of your Zero Hash account is subject to the Zero Hash and Zero Hash Liquidity Services User Agreement available at zerohash.com/coinstar/ and any other terms, conditions, or policies specified at the time of account creation. You must read, understand and agree to the: (1) Zero Hash and Zero Hash Liquidity Services User Agreement; (2) Zero Hash Regulatory Disclosures; and (3) Zero Hash Privacy Notice.
For entry methods that require use of your CINQ by Coinstar Account (e.g., entry through the CINQ by Coinstar App or at a participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk), entrants must fully and accurately complete the registration and identity verification process for a Zero Hash account with CINQ by Coinstar.
To be notified as a potential winner, entrants must provide valid and accessible contact information as part of their account profile. Marketing opt-in is not required for winner notification. Individuals may opt out of promotional communications from Coinstar, LLC at any time.
ALL SPECIFIED PURCHASE AMOUNTS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY THROUGH THE CINQ BY COINSTAR APP OR COINSTARÂŽ KIOSKS (AS DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ACTIVITIES CHARTS) ARE THE AMOUNTS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY APPLICABLE TRANSACTION OR OTHER FEES ARE APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE.
Standard purchase entry
To participate by making standard cryptocurrency purchases, during the Sweepstakes Period, log into your CINQ by Coinstar Account and use your Zero Hash Account to complete a qualifying crypto purchaseâeither (i) through the CINQ by Coinstar App; or (ii) at a participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk, located using the kiosk finder in-app, at cinqwallet.com, or at coinstar.com. Note, funds added to your Zero Hash Account by ACH may take 2-3 days before they are accessible to use for purchases.
Qualifying purchases must meet the value requirement shown in the âStandard Purchase Activities Chartâ below (each a âStandard Purchase Activityâ). For clarity, completing a single Standard Purchase Activity on a Day during the Sweepstakes Period is eligible to grant (a) the maximum one (1) entry into the then applicable Daily Sweepstakes; (b) the maximum one (1) entry into the then applicable Weekly Sweepstakes; and (c) the number of entries stated (depending on the purchase amount) in the Standard Activities Chart below for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Excess entries or purchase amounts will not exceed applicable entry limits stated in these Official Rules or roll over to future Daily Entry Periods or Weekly Entry Periods (except that purchases at CoinstarÂŽ kiosks in excess of stated limits or amounts will still contribute to the Cumulative $1,500 Purchase Bonus Program described below).
All cryptocurrency services, including purchase execution, custody, and settlement, are provided by Zero Hash LLC and its affiliates. Coinstar, LLC is not a licensed financial institution, exchange, or custodian.

Free Alternative Method of Entry: Instead of completing Standard Purchase Activities, participants can gain entries without purchase or creating a CINQ by Coinstar Account by, during the Sweepstakes Period, (i) visiting https://cinqwallet.com/amoe (the âAMOE URLâ); and (ii) completing and submitting the AMOE form for a standard purchase activity entry with all required information, including their full name, email address, mobile phone number, state of residence, and age (the âStandard Purchase Activity AMOE Formâ). Submission of a single completed Standard Purchase Activity AMOE Form on a Day during the Sweepstakes Period will grant the participant: (a) the maximum one (1) entry into the then applicable Daily Sweepstakes; (b) the maximum one (1) entry into the then applicable Weekly Sweepstakes; and (c) the maximum five (5) entries for the applicable Day into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Participants may submit a Standard Purchase Activity AMOE Form a maximum of one (1) time per Day.
Limits: The limits stated below apply to all entry methods (both paid and AMOE) for each Daily Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes, as well as the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
- Daily Sweepstakes: Limit one (1) entry for each Daily Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.
- Weekly Sweepstakes: Limit one (1) entry for each Weekly Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.
- Grand Prize Sweepstakes: Limit five (5) entries total granted into Grand Prize Sweepstakes per Day of the Sweepstakes Period through Standard Purchase Activities or a Standard Purchase Activity AMOE Form. Limit 210 total entries into Grand Prize Sweepstakes through Standard Purchase Activities or Standard Purchase Activity AMOE Forms during Sweepstakes Period. Limit 135 total entries into Grand Prize Sweepstakes through Bonus Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry Activities (or their AMOE alternatives) during Sweepstakes Period. (For a maximum total limit of 345 entries across all entry methods into Grand Prize Sweepstakes during Sweepstakes Period).
Bonus Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry Programs
In addition to gaining entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes by completing qualifying Standard Purchase Activities or Standard Purchase Activity AMOE forms, participants can gain bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes through the following activities (âBonus Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry Activitiesâ). Completing Bonus Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry Activities (or their available free AMOE) are also eligible to grant entries into applicable Daily Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes as described below (but not in excess of applicable limits stated in these Official Rules).
ALL SPECIFIED PURCHASE AMOUNTS REQUIRED HEREIN ARE THE AMOUNTS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY APPLICABLE TRANSACTION OR OTHER FEES ARE APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE.
- Cumulative $1,500 Purchase Bonus Program: Log into your CINQ by Coinstar Account and use your Zero Hash account to make at least $1,500 in crypto purchases at a participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk over the duration of the Sweepstakes Period to receive 50 bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) use of this method during Sweepstakes Period.
- Free AMOE: Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, visit the AMOE URL and submit one (1) Standard Purchase Activity AMOE Form on at least five (5) separate Days during each of the six (6) Weekly Entry Periods to receive 50 bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) granting of these 50 bonus entries through this method during Sweepstakes Period.
- Existing User Bonus Program: Participants who (i) had an active and verified CINQ by Coinstar Account at the start of the Sweepstakes Period; and (ii) make at least two (2) crypto purchases at a participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk of at least $25 during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible to receive (a) 25 bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes; (b) one (1) entry into the then applicable Daily Sweepstakes (attributed to the Day which the second crypto purchase was made); and (c) one (1) entry into the then applicable Weekly Sweepstakes (attributed to the Day which the second crypto purchase was made). Limit: One (1) use of this method during Sweepstakes Period (and participant becomes ineligible for the New or Returning User Bonus Program entry method).
- Free AMOE: During the Sweepstakes Period, (i) take a photograph of a handwritten statement saying âI am a current user with a verified CINQ by Coinstar Account prior to the Sweepstakes Periodâ; (ii) upload the photo to the New, Returning, or Existing User bonus form located at the AMOE URL; and (iii) submit the completed form that includes the photograph of the handwritten statement and any other required information. Upon submission you will receive 25 bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) use of this method during Sweepstakes Period (and participant becomes ineligible for the New or Returning User Bonus Program entry method).
- New or Returning User Bonus Program: Participants who (i) did not have an active and verified CINQ by Coinstar Account at the start of the Sweepstakes Period (either because they are a new user or had a previously inactivated account); (ii) create or reactivate a verified CINQ by Coinstar Account during the Sweepstakes Period; and (iii) make at least one (1) crypto purchase of at least $20 through the CINQ by Coinstar App or through any participating CoinstarÂŽ kiosk during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible to receive (a) 25 bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes; (b) one (1) entry into the then applicable Daily Sweepstakes; and (c) one (1) entry into the then applicable Weekly Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) use of this method during Sweepstakes Period (and participant becomes ineligible for the Existing User Bonus Program entry method).
- Free AMOE: During the Sweepstakes Period, (i) take a photograph of a handwritten statement saying âI am a new or returning user and did not have an active CINQ by Coinstar Account prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Periodâ; (ii) upload the photo to the New, Returning, or Existing User bonus form located at the AMOE URL; and (iii) submit the completed form that includes the photograph of the handwritten statement and any other required information. Upon submission you will receive 25 bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) such entry during Sweepstakes Period (and participant becomes ineligible for the Existing User Bonus Program entry method).
- Weekly Grand Prize Burst Bonus Program: During each Weekly Entry Period participants can log into their CINQ by Coinstar Account and use their Zero Hash Account to complete the activity specified in the Weekly Bonus Chart below (a âWeekly Burst Activityâ) to be eligible to receive the stated number of bonus entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes and then applicable Daily Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) such entry per Weekly Entry Period.

- Free AMOE: During an applicable Weekly Entry Period, visit the AMOE URL and submit a completed weekly burst activity bonus form, including by providing all required information and answering the survey or poll question provided for that Weekly Entry Period to receive the maximum ten (10) bonus entries for the then applicable Weekly Entry Period. Limit: One (1) such entry per Weekly Entry Period.
By submitting an entry methods as instructed above (âSubmissionâ), you agree that your Submission conforms to the Guidelines and Restrictions below. Sponsor may choose to remove any Submission or disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Submission fails to conform with the Guidelines and Restrictions. Upon completion of all required entry steps and compliance with the Guidelines and Restrictions, you are eligible to receive the stated number of entries into the then applicable Daily Sweepstakes, Weekly Sweepstakes, or the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
Submission Guidelines and Restrictions:
a. Your Submission must not include or refer to untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
b. Your Submission must be your original creation and owned 100% by you.
c. Your Submission must not (in Sponsorâs discretion): (i) violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity; (ii) contain disparaging or defamatory statements; (iii) include threats to any person, place, business, or group; (iv) be obscene, offensive, or indecent; (v) depict any risky behavior; (vi) contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or (vii) contain unauthorized third-party trademarks or logos.
d. You represent and warrant that: (i) the Submission does not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation; (ii) to the extent the Submission depicts any individual or features the voice or other qualities of any individual, you are the individual pictured, heard, or otherwise featured in the Submission, or, alternatively, that you have obtained written permission from each person appearing in the entry to grant the rights to Sponsor described in these Official Rules, and will make written copies of such permissions available to Sponsor upon request; (iii) the Submission complies with Sponsorâs terms of use and policies; and (iv) the Submission complies with all requirements of these Official Rules.
Entry Limits: Any attempt to deceitfully obtain entries in excess of the stated limits for each Daily Sweepstakes, Weekly Sweepstakes, or Grand Prize Sweepstakes, including through artificial intelligence (âAIâ) software or tools, bots, multiple or duplicate accounts, or other methods may result in disqualification.
Entry Recalculation and AMOE Preservation: If the participantâs CINQ by Coinstar Account or Zero Hash Account closes or enters bad standing at any time during the Sweepstakes Period for any reasonâincluding, but not limited to, due to suspension, failed identity verification, fraud flags, or other violations of account requirementsâall purchase-based entries submitted before, during, or after the disqualification date will be invalidated. In such cases: (i) the participantâs valid AMOE entries will be reinstated and used for all Sweepstakes drawings; (ii) beginning on the calendar date the account first entered bad standing, AMOE entries will apply to Daily Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes drawings moving forward; and (iii) AMOE entries will not be applied retroactively to any Daily Sweepstakes or Weekly Sweepstakes drawing that concluded before the account entered ineligible status. For these purposes, a drawing is considered concluded once its entry period has closed.
- Identity of Entrant: Participants must use the same email address and mobile phone number across all entry methods, including purchase-based entries and AMOE submissions. The use of different contact information by the same individualâwhether to obtain multiple entries, bypass limits, or create the appearance of separate entrantsâis strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified (including entries made using any script, macro, bot, AI software, or promotional service). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email for entry. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud or other unfair or illegitimate means will result in disqualification, at Sponsorâs discretion.
If there is a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted or associated with the entry. An âauthorized account holderâ means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the account associated with the winning entry.
- Selection and Notification of Winner: Sweepstakes Administrator will be responsible for notifying winners and distributing prizes on behalf of Sponsor.
a) Daily Sweepstakes: On the Monday following each Weekly Entry Period (a âSelection Mondayâ) during which the Daily Sweepstakes occurred, Sweepstakes Administrator will select the names of eight (8) potential winners of the prizes for each Daily Sweepstakes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries for that Daily Sweepstakes. On or about the following Day, Sweepstakes Administrator will send each winner their digital VISA gift card prize via the email or SMS provided in the CINQ by Coinstar Account or AMOE entry form associated with their winning entry. See Selection and Notification Chart below for more details.
b) Weekly Sweepstakes: On the Selection Monday following each Weekly Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Administrator will select the names of twelve (12) potential winners of the prizes for that Weekly Sweepstakes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries for that Weekly Sweepstakes. On or about the following Day, Sweepstakes Administrator will send each winner their digital VISA gift card prize via the email or SMS provided in the CINQ by Coinstar Account or AMOE entry form associated with their winning entry. See Selection and Notification Chart below for more details.
c) Grand Prize Sweepstakes: On or about July 9, 2025, Sweepstakes Administrator will select the names of three (3) potential winners of the prizes (one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) first runner up, and one (1) second runner up) for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Sweepstakes Administrator will notify each potential winner via the email or SMS provided in the CINQ by Coinstar Account or AMOE entry form associated with their potentially winning entry on or about July 16, 2025. See Selection and Notification Chart below for more details.

The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
VISA gift card prizes issued for winners of the Daily Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes may expire (check gift card for expiration date).
To claim a Grand Prize, the potential winner must (i) respond within 15 calendar days of receiving the email or SMS notification and follow the instructions contained in the notification; and (ii) within 60 calendar days of timely responding to the potential winner notification finalize coordinating travel details with Sweepstakes Administrator or its designated agent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator may require each potential winner to sign and return, within seven days of being notified by Sweepstakes Administrator, an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and other legal, regulatory or tax-related documents required at Sponsorâs or Sweepstakes Administratorâs discretion (âAffidavit and Related Documentsâ) in order to claim a prize. If (i) the attempted notification is not responded to within the required time or is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address; (ii) the Affidavit and Related Documents are not signed and returned within 15 days of the date the notification email is sent by Sweepstakes Administrator; (iii) the Grand Prize winner does not finalize travel details within the required time; or (iv) if potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, such potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential WinnerâŻwill be selected at random from the eligible entries for the applicable period in accordance with the aforementioned procedures.⯠Sweepstakes Administrator will attempt to contact up to five (5)âŻpotential Winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.âŻIf a prize is awarded but goes unclaimed, such prize may not be re-awarded at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, alternate winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the above selection process from among all valid claimants to award the prize(s) available.
Verification of Potential Winner: EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANTâS ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.
- Prize:
a) Daily Sweepstakes: Three-hundred-thirty-six (336) Daily Sweepstakes winners (eight (8) winners for each Daily Sweepstakes) will each receive a $75.00 VISA gift card.
b) Weekly Sweepstakes: Seventy-two (72) Weekly Sweepstakes winners (twelve (12) winners for each Weekly Sweepstakes) will each receive a $200 VISA gift card.
c) Grand Prize Sweepstakes:
a. Grand Prize Winner: One (1) winner will receive a two-person prize package for the 2025 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas Nevada consisting of:
i. The Legend 3-Days | F1ÂŽ Experiences Suite Package - includes two (2) seats in the F1ÂŽ Experiences Suite inside F1 Paddock Clubâ˘; four (4) nights in one double-occupancy room at The Venetian Resort; All-inclusive food/open bar at F1 Paddock Club⢠(ThursâSat); and Full-Day F1ÂŽ Paddock Passes for two (2) (Friday). ii. Airfare â a stipend of up to $1,350 towards economy airfare for the winner and their Companion (ARV: $1,350.00);

iv. $1,000 in cash â awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner and mailed by Sweepstakes Administrator to the winnerâs address as provided during the winner verification process.
b. Grand Prize Runner Up: One winner will receive $10,000 in cash awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner and mailed by Sweepstakes Administrator to the winnerâs address as provided in the Affidavit during the winner verification process.
c. Grand Prize 2nd Runner Up: One winner will receive $5,000 in cash awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner and mailed by Sweepstakes Administrator to the winnerâs address as provided in the Affidavit during the winner verification process.
Total ARV of all prizes: $98,112.00.
Prize and Travel Restrictions: ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prize (including for cash) will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Sweepstakes.
Except for applicable manufacturerâs standard warranties, the prizes are awarded âAS ISâ and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
For Grand Prize - Sponsor will provide round trip coach-class airfare for winner and his or her guest (âCompanionâ) from an airport close to the winnerâs home to Las Vegas, Nevada. Companion must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to participate. Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator will determine which airport is closest to the winnerâs home. Winner and Companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Sponsor will provide ground transportation (i) to and from airport to winnerâs home and (ii) to and from destination airport to lodging of winner and Companion at the prize trip destination. Sponsor will provide winner and Companion one double-occupancy lodging for four nights at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Air transportation, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other elements of prize are determined by Sponsor or its designee and must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. The Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the winnerâs possession. Any unclaimed or unused prize (or portion of the prize package) will remain the property of Sponsor. The tickets for the F1 Experience package will be delivered directly to winner by the F1 Experience organization around approximately November 6, 2025 to the winnerâs address as provided during the winner verification process (i.e., the Affidavit).
Any amendment fees or charges incurred due to any changes to the purchased flights are the responsibility of the winner. All costs not explicitly set forth in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner, and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or reimbursement for these costs, including Visa requirements, valid passports, travel insurance, spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), vaccinations, transfers, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, in-room charges, other ancillary costs, and any applicable insurance excesses. Air travel is subject to the airlines Condition of Carriage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Companion may be required to sign a liability/publicity release to be eligible to travel with winner to Las Vegas, Nevada. Companion agrees to release and indemnify Sponsor pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of these Official Rules, and as otherwise set forth in a liability/publicity release.
- Disclaimer: Sponsor and any of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and any of their respective directors, officers, members, managers, and employees (collectively, the âReleased Partiesâ) will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) phone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or the Released Parties; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
8. General Release, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and indemnify Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including claims for costs, losses, personal injuries, death, or damages of any kind, such as damage to or destruction of property or damages related to rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional).
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor and all Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneysâ fees, arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, the prizes, or violation of these Official Rules.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF A RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (JOINTLY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE EXCEED $10. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SPONSOR, OR FOR THE RELEASED PARTIESâ GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FOR FRAUD.
- Use of Name, Likeness, etc.: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use your name, hometown, aural and visual likeness and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation (including in a public-facing winner list). As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, winner may be required to execute a written consent, confirming Sponsorâs right to use winnerâs name, hometown, aural and visual likeness and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
